The Cambridge Society of Washington, DC, a.k.a. "Cantab DC," is the Washington hub for Cambridge alumni. Cantab DC welcomes all those formally affiliated with Cambridge University, and seeks to enrich the experience of all Cambridge alumni in the DC area.

Cantab DC is part of the large family of Cambridge alumni groups worldwide. We coordinate closely with Cambridge in America on a range of issues and events. Cantab DC also works with other British university alumni groups in the DC region. We are not associated, however, with the Oxbridge Boat Race Dinner society.

Our group is member-driven and provides a range of meet-ups and other ways of keeping in contact. Our benchmark event is the "First Thursday" drinks in the hall of the Willard Hotel, at 6:30 p.m. on the first Thursday of every month.
